These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. messengerbank reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use messengerbank solely for lawful cryptocurrency trading and related activities. Any use for money laundering, fraud, or circumventing sanctions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify messengerbank immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and KYC verification is accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for permanent account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content on the messengerbank platform — including logos, interface design, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of messengerbank and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

messengerbank is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, or events outside our reasonable control. Cryptocurrency trading carries inherent financial risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, messengerbank's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

messengerbank integrates with third-party services including liquidity providers, payment processors, and identity verification platforms. These parties operate under their own terms and messengerbank is not responsible for their conduct.

Security Obligations

messengerbank applies industry-standard security measures including cold storage, 2FA, and regular third-party audits. You agree to enable 2FA on your account and to use strong, unique passwords.

Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your funds, export your transaction history, and close your account at any time, subject to any pending compliance reviews. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

messengerbank may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available on the platform. Last updated: January 2026.
